This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, subsection (b), on September 15, 2004, from Zaid Odah Adwan, dba: Z A Smoke Shop located at 24907 Sunnymead Blvd., Suite F, Moreno Valley, CA 92553.
