The property consists of 25 cartons and 534 packs of various brand of cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, subsection (b), on June 7, 2004, at 4:05 p.m., from Tyler Magnolia Mobil Corp., dba: Tyler Magnolia Mobil located at 10290 Magnolia Avenue, Riverside, CA 92503.
