The property consists of 6,406 packs of various brands of cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, subsection (b), on May 26, 2004, at 7:25 p.m., from Geeta Patel, dba: Smoke Shop located at 3968 Washington Blvd., Fremont, CA 94538.
