The property consists of 59 cartons and 408 packs of various brands of cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, subsection (b), on June 15, 2004, at 10:10 a.m., from Mike Medhat Marcos, dba: Marcos Arco located at 1124 E. Chapman Avenue, Fullerton, CA 92831.
