The property consists of 63 cartons and 34 packs of various brands of cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, subsection (b), on May 17, 2004, at 1:33 p.m., from Hing Long Supermarket Corp., dba: Hing Long Supermarket located at 4644 El Cajon Blvd., Ste. 104, San Diego, CA 92115.
