The property consists of 179 cartons and 87 packs of various brands of cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, subsection (b), on September 15, 2004, from Magdy Helmy Baskharoon and Sawsan S. Baskharoon, dba: Cigarette Plaza located at 24021 Alessandro Blvd., Suite A121, Moreno Valley, CA 92553-6710.
