The property consists of 63 cartons and 66 packs of various brands of cigarettes not listed on the Attorney General's California Tobacco Directory, dated July 16, 2004. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, subsection (e), on August 3, 2004, from Manu Joita Patel, dba: The 10 Four Market located at 2181 W. Katella Avenue, #A, Anaheim, CA 92804.
