           10             I'm Bradley Heller from the Board's Legal 

           11    Department, and I'm here to request that the Board 

           12    vote to authorize staff to complete Rule 100 changes 

           13    to Property Tax Rule 1051, Extension of Time for 

           14    Acts Required by Regulation.
