            6            MS. RICHMOND:  Our next item is P, other 

            7   administrative matters, P1, the Executive Director's 

            8   report, P1.1, CROS project update and actions.

            9            MS. STEEL:  I see Amy.  

           10            MS. BRIDGES:  Good afternoon.  

           11            MR. RUNNER:  Hello.  

           12            MR. HORTON:  Good afternoon.  

           13            MS. BRIDGES:  Chairman Horton and the Members 

           14   of the Board, Cynthia Bridges with the Board of 

           15   Equalization.  

           16            I -- the only thing that I have to report today 

           17   is for -- is related to P1.2 and that is with regard to 

           18   the CROS Project update and actions.  

           19            The -- as was reported last month, the RFP has 

           20   been completed.  And it is currently under review by DGS 

           21   and CTO, however, we continue to work on some parallel 

           22   initiatives, which have previously been discussed with 

           23   you.  

           24            And, so, if you have any questions, Eric Steen 

           25   is here to address those.
