            6   reconvene the meeting of the Board of Equalization.  

            7            Ms. Richmond, please report out on closed 

            8   session.  Um, and then I have an announcement I'd like 

            9   to make.  

           10            MS. RICHMOND:  The Board met in closed session 

           11   and discussed settlements and personnel matters.  

           12            Mr. Horton.  

           13            MR. HORTON:  Um, thank you.  

           14            Members and guests, we are pleased to announce 

           15   that our Chief Legislative and Research Division will be 

           16   headed up by Michele Pielsticker.  We certainly welcome 

           17   her aboard and look forward to working with her 

           18   individually and collectively.  

           19            And thank you so very much to all the other 

           20   members who participated in the process.  Uh, it was a 

           21   laborious process, but informative to us as Members and 

           22   enriching to our organization.  Thank you as well.
