            6            MS. RICHMOND:  Our next item is P5, 

            7   Administrative Deputy Director's Report; P5.1, 

            8   Headquarters Facilities Update.  

            9            MS. HOUSER:  Good morning, Chairman Horton and 

           10   Members.  I'm Liz Houser, Deputy Director, 

           11   Administration.  My --

           12            MR. HORTON:  Welcome.  

           13            MS. HOUSER:  My first item is an update on the 

           14   headquarters facility at 450 N.  

           15            The Department of General Services is currently 

           16   developing contract documents to replace the spandrel 

           17   glass panels in the headquarters building.  DGS expects 

           18   the bid specifications will be ready in two months, with 

           19   an executed contract to follow by January of 2013, and 

           20   the work would begin sometime after that.  

           21            Uh, the estimated cost is 3.7 million.
