            5            MS. YEE:  I also wanted to just acknowledge the 

            6   the passing of someone who was close to us, Jake 

            7   Christopher Stevens, who was one of the victims of the 

            8   violence in Libya, who is from Northern California, a 

            9   fellow alumnus of mine at Cal Berkeley that -- also the 

           10   son of a very distinguished, now retired, Senior Deputy 

           11   Attorney General, Jan Stevens, and just someone who 

           12   really served this country well and passed way doing 

           13   what he loved doing.  

           14            Thank you.

           16   adjournment in memory of.  And thank you very much,
