            5            MR. GILMAN:  Moving on to the property tax.  

            6   This is the property tax portion of the Bill of Rights.  

            7   The purpose of the hearing is provide individuals the 

            8   opportunity to present their ideas, concerns and 

            9   recommendation regarding legislation, the quality of 

           10   agency services and other issues related to the Board of 

           11   Equalization's administration of the tax programs, 

           12   including State and County property tax programs and any 

           13   other issues identified in the Taxpayers' Bill of Rights 

           14   annual report.

           15            We don't have any scheduled speakers, Chairman 

           16   Horton, but if there's anybody in the audience at this 

           17   time that would like to come up and address the Board, I 

           18   would, with your permission, like to invite them up 

           19   now.  

           20            MR. HORTON:  Of course.  Is there anyone that 

           21   would like to address the Board?  

           22            Okay, Mr. Gilman.

           23            MR. GILMAN:  That concludes our hearing.  And 

           24   you mentioned that we had some assessors in the audience 

           25   and I wanted to make sure that that got in the record as 

           26   well.

           27            We have no written submission for property tax 

           28   matters.  That concludes the hearing for the Taxpayers'
