            5            MS. OLSON:  Our next item is J2, Sales and Use 

            6   Tax Regulation 1570, Charitable Organizations. 

            7            MR. HORTON:  Mr. Heller.  

            8            MR. HELLER:  Again, um, I'm here to request the 

            9   Board's authorization to complete Rule 100 changes to 

           10   Regulation 1570, Charitable Organizations, to conform 

           11   the regulation to the inventory exemption and delete the 

           12   deadline for annually claiming the welfare exemption.  

           13            MR. HORTON:  Discussion, Members?
