HOUSER: Yes. 14 The Board made the following personnel 15 decisions: Appointed Miss Kristine Cazadd as Executive 16 Director, beginning October 1st, 2011, for a duration of 17 up to six months, but not to exceed March 31st, 2012, to 18 allow the Board time to facilitate the recruitment of a 19 long-term Executive Director. 20 MR. HORTON: Congratulations, Ms. Cazadd. You 21 have our full confidence, and we look forward to working 22 with you over this period of time as we seek to bring 23 forth, uh, an Executive Director for this position. 24 MS.
