Again, I'm 11 Bradley Heller from the Board's Legal Department. 12 I'm here to request that the Board adopt the 13 proposed amendments to Appendices A and B to Regulation 14 6001 containing the Board's conflict of interest code. 15 The proposed amendments update the designated 16 positions listed in Appendix A, the disclosure 17 categories assigned to the designated positions listed 18 in Appendix A, and the disclosure categories described 19 in Appendix B. 20 The proposed amendments are necessary due to 21 changes in the Board's internal structure, the addition 22 of new Board positions and the elimination of some 23 previously designated positions, and changes in the 24 duties assigned to some of the existing Board positions 25 that are already listed in Appendix A. 26 If the Board adopts the proposed amendments 27 today staff will prepare a final statement of reasons 28 and then submit the entire rulemaking file to the Fair 3 1 Political Practices Commission for approval in 2 accordance with FPPC Regulation 18750. 3 MR.
