            6            MS. OLSON:  Our next item was P3, Sales and Use 

            7   Tax, Deputy Director's Report, sub item 1, Collection 

            8   Cost Reimbursement Program and Implementation.

            9            MS. YEE:  Okay.  This is, Members, on the 

           10   administrative agenda yesterday under the Deputy 

           11   Director's report, Mr. McGuire outlined three options 

           12   for the fee structure for the cost -- collection cost -- 

           13   excuse me, collection recovery fee.

           14            And there was a motion yesterday.  Actually, is 

           15   there a motion?

           16            Let me move the staff recommendation, which was 

           17   to have a stratified fee structure that would be 

           18   based -- on the amount of which would be based on the 

           19   range, the dollar range of the tax liability.  

           20            MR. HORTON:  Second.  

           21            MS. YEE:  Which is Alternative 1.

           22            Okay.  So, motion by Yee, second by Horton.

           23            Further discussion?

           24            MS. STEEL:  Objection.  

           25            MS. YEE:  Okay, please call the roll.
