HOUSER: My next item is the facilities 6 update. The remediation work at 450 N Street continues. 7 Remediation has been completed on 14 of the 22 floors. 8 DGS contemplates completion of the project by mid-March 9 of 2011. 10 As discussed at previous meetings, we are in 11 the process of the relocating 6 to 700 employees into 12 three headquarters annex locations in the greater 13 Sacramento area. The Motor Carrier and International 14 Fuel Tax Agreement Program was successfully relocated to 15 the West Sacramento annex location in May. 16 Tenant improvements and moves are on schedule 17 for the 621 Capitol Mall annex location. Last weekend 18 we successfully moved Legal's Executive Unit, their 19 Investigations Section and the Offers-In-Compromise 20 Section and the Internal Affairs, Media and Web Services 21 Division. 22 By the end of the month we will complete the 23 move of the remainder of the staff in the Legal 24 Department and the Board Proceedings Division. We'll 25 have approximately 300 staff located at this facility. 26 For the third annex location at 160 Promenade, 27 tenant improvements are underway, with a tentative move 28 date scheduled for December of 2010. We are expected 3 1 to have another 3 to 350 employees at this location. 2 I'd been happy to answer any questions have on 3 the facilities or the annex locations. 4 MS. I just want to 7 applaud you and your staff for really moving so 8 diligently on these annex relocations. 9 It certainly is going to reduce the stress to 10 this building over time.
