            5            MS. YEE:  Members, before we adjourn, 

            6   regrettably, let me just speak to two members of the 

            7   Board of Equalization staff family who have left us, 

            8   first is Todd MacMuray, who was a 17-year employee with 

            9   Board, Field Auditor starting in my Oakland District 

           10   office, who passed away recently and is survived by his 

           11   wife, Jeanine, who is also a member of our Board staff 

           12   team.  Our condolences to her and her family.  

           13            And also Mary Ann Morgan, who was a 34-year 

           14   employee of the Board who passed away earlier this week 

           15   and we offer our condolences to family.

           16            With that, Members, we are adjourned.
