            4            MS. OLSON:  Our next item is J2, Property Tax 

            5   Rule 312, Hearing Records.  

            6            MS. YEE:  Okay.  

            7            MR. HELLER:  Good morning again.  Bradley 

            8   Heller here with the Legal Department.  And we're 

            9   requesting authorization from the Board to complete Rule 

           10   100 changes to Regulation -- or I should say Property 

           11   Tax Rule 312.  And this would be to just update a 

           12   cross-reference to the provisions in the Code of Civil 

           13   Procedure for recording depositions, which the rule 

           14   cross-references for the purposes of recording hearings 

           15   before Local Assessment Appeals Boards.

           16            MS. YEE:  Great.  Very well.  Thank you.
