HOUSER: My next item is Facilities Update. 5 The remediation work is proceeding on schedule at the 6 450 N Street building and DGS anticipates completing the 7 work by December 2010. 8 We have also been working with DGS to locate 9 additional space for six to seven hundred employees who 10 will move into three separate headquarter annex 11 locations. 12 A lease for the first group, which includes the 13 motor carrier section of the International Fuel Tax 14 Agreements Unit, has been signed and copies have been 15 provided to your offices. 16 This site is located at 1030 Riverside Parkway 17 in West Sacramento and provides adequate access and 18 parking for our taxpayers with large trucks. A move 19 date of May or June of 2010 is anticipated. 20 For the second group, DGS has reviewed the 21 initial space design and a lease could be executed as 22 early as December. The site can accommodate Legal, 23 Investigations, Board Proceedings and Media and Web 24 Design Services. A move date of summer of 2010 is 25 anticipated for this group. 26 A potential site has been identified for the 27 third group, which will meet our business needs for the 28 County and State Assessed Property Division, the 3 1 training sections from both SUTD and Administration and 2 the Call Center. 3 DGS is currently in lease negotiations and we 4 are hopeful for a fall 2010 move date. 5 I would be happy to answer any questions you 6 have on the facility or headquarters annex sites. 7 MS. YEE: Okay. Thank you, Ms. Houser. 8 Questions or comments, Members? 9 Okay. 10 MS.
