            7   F1, proposed amendments to Sales and Use Tax Regulation 

            8   1668, sales for resale.

            9            MS. YEE:  Okay.  

           10            Good afternoon, Mr. Tucker.

           11            MR. TUCKER:  Good afternoon.

           12            Robert Tucker of the Legal Department.  The 

           13   staff requests adoption of the proposed amendments to 

           14   Regulation 1668.  These amendments clarify the 

           15   acceptable terms that may be used on a purchase order in 

           16   conjunction with a qualified resale certificate to 

           17   designate that property is purchased for resale.

           18            MS. YEE:  Thank you.

           19            MR. LEONARD:  Any speakers?  

           20            MS. YEE:  None signed in.

           21            MR. LEONARD:  I'll move adoption.

           22            MS. YEE:  Okay.  Motion by Mr. Leonard to -- 

           23            DR. CHU:  Second. 

           24            MS. YEE:  -- adopt the proposed amendments.
