            5            MS. YEE:  Okay.  Members, I would like to see 

            6   before we recess whether there's interest in taking up 

            7   the income taxes under submission so that we may have 

            8   our Appeals staff and the Franchise Tax Board 

            9   representatives on the road sooner.  

           10            Any objection to doing that?  

           11            MS. MANDEL:  There's only two of them, right?  

           12            MS. YEE:  Yes, just two.  Items B11 and B12.  

           13            Okay, why don't we go ahead and do that then.  

           14            MS. OLSON:  Our first item before you is B11, 

           15   Casey Miller.  

           16            MS. YEE:  Okay, item B11, Casey Miller is 

           17   before us.  

           18            Is there a motion?  

           19            DR. CHU:  I move to sustain the Franchise Tax 

           20   Board.  

           21            MS. MANDEL:  Second.  

           22            MS. YEE:  Motion by Dr. Chu to sustain the 

           23   Franchise Tax Board.  Seconded by Ms. Mandel.
