            5            MS. OLSON:  Our next item is J1, adoption of 

            6   proposed revisions to Sales and Use Tax Regulations.

            7            MS. YEE:  Good afternoon, Mr. Heller.

            8            MR. HELLER:  Good afternoon. 

            9            Staff is requesting the Board's permission 

           10   to -- or the Board's approval to make the proposed   

           11   Rule 100 changes to Regulations 1532, 1533.1, 1533.2, 

           12   1534 and 1535.  

           13            And the changes make the regulations consistent 

           14   with the 1 percent increase in the State sales tax -- 

           15   excuse me, sales and use tax.

           16            MS. YEE:  Okay.

           17            MS. MANDEL:  So moved.

           18            MS. YEE:  All right, motion by Ms. Mandel.  

           19   Second by Dr. Chu.

           20            Without objection, that motion carries.
