Chapter 4. Preparation of Abstract Lists
Section 4372
4372. Form and content. The abstract list shall contain all information in the rolls from which it is prepared relating to unpaid items and shall be in such form, to be approved by the Controller, as may be most easily and accurately used in effecting the redemption of property thereon.
History.—Added by Stats. 1945, p. 1380, in effect September 15, 1945. Stats. 1949, p. 465, in effect October 1, 1949, deleted "delinquent" preceding "rolls."
