Section 29107
29107. Tax rates for property. The tax rates for property not sufficiently secured as provided in Section 12 of Article XIII of the Constitution are levied in the amounts therein provided and need not be formally levied by the board.
History.—Stats. 1981, Ch. 261, in effect January 1, 1982, substituted "Section 12 of Article XIII" for "Article XIII, Section 9a".
