CHAPTER 1. General

Section 15609.5

15609.5. Provisions not applicable to Board. Notwithstanding Section 11425.10, Chapter 4.5 (commencing with Section 11400) and Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 11500) of Part 1 do not apply to the board.
