220.0145 Deed Cancellation. Grant deeds that are voidable pass title, subject to being set aside in appropriate legal proceedings for specific, recognized reasons, one of which is undue influence. Until set aside, such deeds are operative and result in reappraisal. When a deed is voided by court action, the property value should be changed back to its enrolled value at the time it was deeded plus the appropriate inflation adjustments to the date of the judgment.
