25201.10. Public access to information. Any information which a generator is required to provide to the department or to a local agency pursuant to Section 25200.3, 25200.14 or 25201.5 or to regulations adopted by the department related to operation under a permit-by-rule shall be available to the public pursuant to the California Public Records Act (Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 6250) of Division 7 of Title 1 of the Government Code).
