Section 25140
25140. Listing of hazardous wastes. The department shall prepare, adopt and may revise when appropriate, a listing of the wastes which are determined to be hazardous, and a listing of the wastes which are determined to be extremely hazardous. When identifying such wastes the department shall consider, but not be limited to, the immediate or persistent toxic effects to man and wildlife and the resistance to natural degradation or detoxification of the wastes.
