25110.9.3. "Consolidated manifest." For purposes of this chapter, "consolidated manifest" means a hazardous waste manifest used by a milk run transporter to combine hazardous waste shipments from multiple generators on one consolidated manifest pursuant to the procedures in Section 25160.2.
