22980.4. Continues to display for sale; penalty. A person who, after receiving a notice of suspension or revocation, continues to display for sale cigarettes or tobacco products shall be subject to a civil penalty of one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each offense, and shall not be subject to Section 22981.
