Centralized Revenue Opportunity System (CROS)
The CROS project will shape the way BOE does business in the future. CROS will replace BOE's outdated existing legacy tax systems, add a data warehouse, expand online services and improve business processes. On September 7, the CROS project's Feasibility Study Report was approved by the California Technology Agency.
