FOR ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE PROPERTY APPRAISER OR AUDITOR-APPRAISER/ EXAMINEES:

  • You MUST have qualifying work experience and education.The work experience, unless you are substituting it on a year-for-year basis for the required education, must involve actually appraising real property or auditing and appraising personal property and fixtures. The education requirement is equivalence to graduation from college or completion of certain auditing and accounting courses, with the option of substituting qualifying experience for education on a year-for-year basis.

PLEASE REVIEW THE EXAMINATION BULLETIN FOR ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE PROPERTY APPRAISER OR ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE PROPERTY AUDITOR APPRAISER CAREFULLY TO ENSURE THAT YOU MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.
