Log on with your BOE account number (sellers permit number) and four-digit EFT security code before entering your payment information.
If you are not registered to make ACH debit payments, or, if you would like to change to the ACH debit payment method, you will need to complete an Authorization Agreement for Electronic Funds Transfer for the appropriate tax program:
For Sales and Use Tax accounts: Authorization Agreement for Electronic Funds Transfer (BOE-555-EFT), or for assistance, contact the Sales and Use Tax EFT Helpline at 916-327-4229.
For Special Taxes accounts: Authorization Agreement for Electronic Funds Transfer (BOE-555-ST). A listing of the taxes and fees programs administered by each of the Special Taxes Divisions can be found at: http://www.boe.ca.gov/sptaxprog/spprograms.htm. Specific contact information can be found by clicking the appropriate division.
