Electronic Funds Transfer

Welcome to the Board of Equalization's (BOE) Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Program.

IMPORTANT- effective July 1, 2009, the State's bank will change to Citibank and the EFT processor will change to Link2Gov - a Metavante company. All accounts registered for EFT will receive a letter dated June 1, 2009 with detailed information about the bank/processor change.

For accounts paying by ACH Debit, the phone number to report your EFT payment will remain the same but the menu options have slightly changed. To pay via the Internet, the new website will be www.paycalifornia.com. This site is currently under construction, but will be available on July 1, 2009.

For accounts paying by ACH Credit, please contact the EFT helpline at 916-327-4229 to obtain the new banking information. EFT payments with a settlement date on or after July 1, 2009, must contain the new Board of Equalization bank account number and routing number.
