  3. BOE’s Consumer Use Tax Section collects the tax on vehicle and vessel transfers not reported through DMV, on unreported purchases of aircraft, and on purchases reported to the U.S. Customs Service.
  4. Consumer Use Tax Section collection figures are not adjusted for offsets generated by billing adjustments, cancellations, refunds, and write-offs.
